Our ultimate goal is to make quality items that brighten up your everyday life. We make all our handcrafted footwear to order. As all of our designs are handmade items every piece we produce is unique and may vary slightly in color and shape. We always try to make them as close as possible to the items shown in the images.
We may modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please read the Terms & Conditions and check back often. If we make changes after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
We accept payments via:

- PayPal. You can use any major credit card to pay through PayPal (no account needed).
All items are handcrafted footwear. We need about 3 – 5 days to make and send an order.
We ship all orders with DHL express Worldwide.
*Orders from Russia will be sent via the Hellenic Post due to Russia import regulations*
Orders are not insured. If you would prefer to have your package insured against loss or damage, please let us know and we will inform you about the additional cost.
As customs regulations vary from one country to another, customs fees are entirely the buyer’s responsibility.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
The most important thing for us is you to be satisfied from what you get. Please let us know if, for any kind of reason, you’re dissatisfied and we will try our best for you!
Please contact us before you decide to return your item.
If you are not happy and/or change your mind we will accept returns, and provide a refund, minus original shipping fees. You must return the product (for refund or exchange) in their original packaging within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. They must be not worn, altered or used in any way. Also please include a notice with your personal information and request. For EU orders You must include the receipt of retail sale to the returned package. Pack up the shoes in their original bag and in a secure outer wrapper.

- We issue refunds as long as we receive and check the returned item.
- Items purchased with coupons, gift cards and items on sale can be exchanged but cannot be refunded.
- Please contact us before you return your item.
We accept exchanging an item for another as long as you choose an item of the same price or less. You can choose a higher priced item as long as you aggree to pay the additional cost for the item chosen. Shipping costs will re-apply on exchanges.
